Will PostQued be able to schedule Lemmy posts?
That's exactly what we're building. PostQued will let you queue text posts, link posts, and image posts to any Lemmy community across any instance, then auto-publish them at the time you choose. It isn't live yet — join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment Lemmy scheduling ships.
Does Lemmy scheduling work across different instances?
Yes — that's the whole point of the fediverse. Because Lemmy is federated, your account lives on one instance (say lemmy.world or lemmy.ml) but can post to communities hosted anywhere. PostQued will connect to your home instance and publish on your behalf, regardless of where the target community is federated from.
Can I schedule posts to multiple Lemmy communities at once?
That's a core use case we're designing for. Instead of manually crossposting the same announcement to a dozen related communities, you'll be able to queue it once and let PostQued fan it out on a schedule — without tripping spam filters by firing everything in the same second.
Will the Lemmy scheduler have an API for bots and agents?
Yes. PostQued is API-first. When Lemmy support lands, you'll be able to publish posts with a single static API key from scripts, backend jobs, no-code tools, or AI agents over MCP — useful for community bots, automated digests, and syndicating content into the fediverse.
