What you'll be able to do

Built for community builders, not just posters

Post to your community feed

Queue discussion prompts, wins, and announcements so your group stays active even when you're heads-down building.

Course & module announcements

Line up lesson drops, weekly check-ins, and module-launch posts to publish on a steady cadence your members can rely on.

Recurring rituals on autopilot

Schedule the weekly thread, the Monday accountability post, or the monthly challenge once and let it repeat itself.

Manage every community at once

Free group, paid membership, and course community — plan and publish to all of them from a single calendar.

Plan a month in one sitting

Batch a whole month of community content in advance instead of scrambling for something to post every morning.

Auto-publish, no babysitting

Pick a time and PostQued posts it to the right community for you — no need to be online when it goes out.

Why schedule Skool

A great community runs on consistency

The hardest part of running a Skool group isn't the content — it's showing up every single day. Scheduling lets the feed stay alive while you focus on coaching and building.

Keep momentum without burning out

A community that goes quiet loses members fast. Batch your posts ahead of time so the feed stays alive through busy weeks, launches, and time off.

Run the rituals that retain members

The weekly win thread, the welcome post for new members, the challenge kickoff — schedule the rituals that keep people coming back instead of doing them by hand.

Post when your members are online

Drop announcements at the moment your community is most active, even if that's a time zone away or the middle of your own workday.

FAQ

Skool scheduling questions

Can you schedule Skool posts?

Not yet — but it's coming. PostQued is building Skool scheduling so you can queue community posts and course announcements in advance and have them publish to your group automatically. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it goes live.

How will scheduling Skool posts work with PostQued?

You'll connect your Skool community, write a post or announcement, attach links, images, or a video, choose which group it lands in, and pick a publish time. PostQued will post it to the community feed for you at that time — no need to be online when it drops.

Will I be able to schedule posts across multiple Skool communities?

That's the plan. If you run several communities — a free group, a paid membership, and a course community — you'll be able to manage them all from one calendar and queue posts to each without logging in and out of separate accounts.

Can I schedule course drip updates and module announcements?

Yes — scheduling lessons, weekly check-ins, and module-launch announcements is exactly the kind of recurring community work we're building Skool support for. Line up a week or a month of updates and let them publish on their own cadence.

How much will Skool scheduling cost?

PostQued is a flat $20/month for unlimited communities and unlimited scheduled posts — no per-community or per-post fees. Skool will be included in that same flat plan when it launches.

What can I use PostQued for right now?

TikTok is live today. You can schedule and auto-publish TikTok videos and photo carousels through the official TikTok API. Skool, and other community and social platforms, are on the way.
