Disconnect a social account
To stop Postqued from accessing an Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other connected social account, sign in to Postqued, open the Accounts page, and disconnect the account. This removes the stored connection tokens from Postqued and prevents future publishing to that account.
Request account deletion
To request deletion of your Postqued account and associated data, email hello@mentign.com from the email address associated with your Postqued account with the subject line "Postqued data deletion request".
What we delete
Connected social account identifiers, profile metadata, and OAuth tokens.
Uploaded media files and content assets where deletion is requested and legally permitted.
Scheduled posts, publish requests, and related publishing metadata tied to the deleted account.
API keys and account settings associated with the deleted Postqued account.
Timing and retained records
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Meta app removal
If you remove Postqued from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta may notify us that the app was removed. You can also use the email process above to request deletion of related Postqued data.
